Use Skrum to coordinate legitimate work. Do not use the service, its APIs, uploads, webhooks, meetings, or AI connections to harm people or systems.

1. Use the service lawfully
You are responsible for content and activity under your workspace.
- Follow applicable law and respect intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Obtain required participant consent before recording or processing meetings.
- Protect accounts, API keys, webhook secrets, and provider credentials.
2. Prohibited activity
The following uses are not permitted.
- Malware, credential theft, harassment, exploitation, or illegal content.
- Bypassing access controls, rate limits, capacity limits, or signature checks.
- Using AI output to take an action without the required human review and authority.
3. Response and enforcement
Operators may act to protect users and infrastructure while preserving due process where practical.
- Unsafe content or access may be blocked or removed.
- Accounts may be limited or suspended for material or repeated violations.
- Contact support if you believe an enforcement decision is mistaken.
