Getting started
Four steps: create your workspace, invite the team, connect your code, and let AI digest the work.
Getting started
Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.
Skrum takes about ten minutes to set up. This is the fastest path.
- Create your workspace. Sign up with email or Google, verify the address, and you land in your workspace with a "Sample project" seeded so you can click around.
- Invite the team. Go to Team settings, add up to your plan seat count by email. Invites are single-use links that expire.
- Connect your code. In Project settings → Code, create a webhook endpoint. Skrum shows a URL and a signing secret — paste both into GitHub, GitLab, or Gitea. See the Code activity guide.
- Try the AI features. In Settings → AI, paste an API key from a supported provider. Digests start on the next sweep; AI proposals wait in the AI Inbox for your approval.
FAQ
- Do I have to connect code? No. Everything else works without a git provider.
- Can I skip the sample project? Yes — delete it from Projects. Re-seed anytime from Home → onboarding.
- Which login provider is default? Email + password. Google OAuth appears only when the operator has set the client credentials.
