Kanban boards and sprints

Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.

Every project ships with a Kanban board. Sprints are a lightweight overlay — turn them on when you want a time-boxed batch, off otherwise.

1. Board. Columns are configured in Project settings → Board. Drag a task to reorder or move between columns; the underlying rank is lexorank so moves stay conflict-free across users.
2. WIP limits. Set a soft limit per column. Skrum warns above the limit but never blocks — the limit is a coaching signal, not a lock.
3. Sprints. In the Sprints tab: create a sprint, add tasks from the backlog, start it, and Skrum tracks a burndown. Close the sprint when done — unfinished tasks return to the backlog by default.

FAQ

• Multiple boards per project? No — one board per project.
• Story points? Optional per-task field; roll up in the sprint burndown.
• Do sprints require the Pro plan? No — every plan gets sprints.
