Kanban boards and sprints

Every project ships with a Kanban board. Sprints are a lightweight overlay — turn them on when you want a time-boxed batch, off otherwise.

Board. Columns are configured in Project settings → Board. Drag a task to reorder or move between columns; the underlying rank is lexorank so moves stay conflict-free across users.
WIP limits. Set a soft limit per column. Skrum warns above the limit but never blocks — the limit is a coaching signal, not a lock.
Sprints. In the Sprints tab: create a sprint, add tasks from the backlog, start it, and Skrum tracks a burndown. Close the sprint when done — unfinished tasks return to the backlog by default.
Plan with AI. Describe the sprint or backlog change you want. The planner drafts reviewable proposals for tasks, workflow status and backlog changes, and sprints. It never moves work or changes a sprint without approval from an authorized person in the AI Inbox.
