Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.

Settings is the personal account page. Everything here affects only your login — workspace-wide settings live in Team, Roles, Billing, and Admin.

  1. Profile. Name, avatar, working hours. Working hours drive quiet hours for notifications.
  2. Security. Password change, two-factor authentication (TOTP), sign-in alert email. Turn 2FA on if your workspace policy does not already require it.
  3. Sessions. See every active browser and revoke any you do not recognize.
  4. API keys. Create one per client — shown once at creation. See Public API and MCP.

FAQ

  • Password rules? Minimum twelve characters; the rest is up to you.
  • What if I lose my 2FA device? Use a recovery code from setup. If both are lost, an owner can force a reset from Team settings.
